2024 Provincial Tackle Program Athlete Fees:

• Player Evaluation Fee:
  All athletes taking part in the Player Selection Process (PSP) will be charged a $75 Player Evaluation Fee. This grants the player access to all of the Player Evaluation Sessions during the PSP and each player will receive a detailed evaluation of their performance over the sessions based on feedback from the coach applicants as well as independent evaluation coaches. This fee must be paid in full by the time of the applicant’s first evaluation session.

• Final Roster Fee:
  Those athletes that are selected to the final roster will be charged a $775 Final Roster Fee. The Final Roster Fee includes;
  – Practice times leading up to the tournament
  – Team entry fee into the tournament
  – Travel to/from the tournament (when held out of province)
  – Accommodations during the tournament
  – Meals during the tournament
  – Players Swag Package (includes a 7 pad girdle)

• Community Equipment Fees:
  Athletes taking part in the Player Selection Process will require a set of Shoulder Pads and a Helmet (for sessions 4-6). Football PEI does not supply these items. Athletes may need to pay an equipment rental fee to their local Club – it is the responsibility of the Athlete to work this out with their local Club.

2024 Fundraisers:

• Fundraising:
  Each athlete will be assigned $300 in additional Fundraising and Sponsorship. Each team will have a Team Manager that will organize and deliver the team’s fundraising and sponsorship activities. Athletes that exceed the $300 fundraising goal may have the excess credited as an end-of-tournament refund. Team Managers will track all fundraising and sponsorship efforts for individual athletes. Football PEI will work with the Head Coaches of each team to select the Team Managers (and Chaperones).
