Cornwall Timberwolves U18VG
The Cornwall Timberwolves will be entering a team into the Football Newbrunswick U18 Varsity Girls Football League starting in 2025.
This will be PEI’s first and only all-female varsity team. Even though the team will be based out of Cornwall, all females from anywhere across PEI with birth years of 2008, 2009, 2010 or 2011 will be eligible for the inaugural 2025 season. We expect the number of Island U18VG teams to grow following the initial year as other clubs create their own teams.
To begin preparing for the 2025 team, please join us for these FREE U18 Varsity Girls ‘Come Try’ Sessions once a month for the remainder of the 2024 year;
– Wednesday, September 11th, 6:00-7:30pm, Cornwall Turf
– Wednesday, October 16th, 6:00-7:30pm, Cornwall Turf
– Tuesday, November 12th, 6:00-7:30pm, Cornwall Turf
– Saturday, December 14th, 2:00-4:00pm, Summerside Dome

Football New Brunswick’s
Varsity Girls Football League
The Varsity Girls Football League is a 6 a side full contact league with teams in Fredericton, Moncton and Saint John.
Each year, winners of the semi-finals will participate in the Provincial Championship. The host of the tournament is based on a rotation determined by Football New Brunswick.
Eligibility is restricted to athletes enrolled in High School aged 14 to 17.
